protein, fats, proper portion sizes, food combinations, the glycemic index... and if you're really serious, you
count calories too!

There's a new diet every week that
promises to make everyone into super-models...
And do all these new diets actually
help you lose weight?
The truth is yes, dieting can work... but
only for a short time. Most weight loss programs nowadays are based upon
depriving your body instead of giving it what it needs for sustained
weight release. You can only deprive your body so long before your
natural “anti-starvation mechanisms” take control. This is the
point where you finish dieting and you start actually eating
again...a lot.
In the overwhelming majority cases, when you're finished
dieting, you quickly regain those pounds you lost... and in some
cases you gain even more weight after dieting than you had when you
started.
It's the same old story for millions of

Most weight loss programs only work if
you can force yourself to do something you really don't want
